Trifun Pellworm 2026

The Trifun Pellworm begins with a jump into the North Sea at Pellworm harbor just before high tide. This is a sprint triathlon held annually on Pellworm, an island in Schleswig-Holstein within the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea. It is open to individuals aged 15 and up, not exclusively club athletes. The race is brief but strongly connected to the island. It includes approximately 500 meters of swimming in the harbor, 20 kilometers by bike in a circuit around Pellworm, and a five-kilometer run from the transition area to the ferry pier and back to the harbor for the finish. TSV Pellworm is the organizer, with an expected field of about 330 participants. This marks the event's 22nd edition. A relay race contributes a lighthearted local element, offering awards for the most humorous or unique team alongside those for the quickest competitors.
