About this race
The Ultramarsch Südheide 60km is a 60 km trail event held in late summer in Südheide, Germany. It is designed for participants seeking a long day on foot, distinct from a standard road race. Both runners and hikers are welcome, with a 14-hour time limit for completion. The event has a participant cap of 500, and the entry fee is 79.90 euros.
The course is a loop starting and ending in Unterlüß, passing through Habighorst and Rebberlah-Misselhorn. Only runners' results are submitted to the German Ultrarunning Association; hikers are included in the event but have a separate results category. The event is organized by jdXtrem UG, the same entity behind Ultramarsch, and does not hold an IAU label or offer ranking eligibility.
