DM-ugen / DM Senior 2026

DM-ugen will host three Danish athletics championships: long jump, pole vault, and shot put at Kousgaards Plads. Entry is exclusive to DAF members with an achieved ranking. Spots are limited to 11 for long jump/pole vault and 8 for shot put. Qualify with your best result between April 15 and June 17, 2025, meeting minimums: LJ 5.50W/6.75M, PV 3.10W/4.10M, SP 10.20W/12.50M.
