About this race
The GUUT Summer Edition is a Danish trail and ultra race held around Bagsværd and the northern Copenhagen forests. It starts from locations including Vedbæk, Kagerup, Hillerød, and Helsingør. The race takes place in September and offers options for a long point-to-point ultra or a three-day stage run, with the complete staged version covering approximately 140 km.
The stage format involves three separate days of running into Bagsværd. Day one is a 20+ km evening run starting from Vedbæk. Day two is a 60+ km run from Kagerup, followed by a 50+ km run from Hillerød on the final day. The GUUT100 route is a longer option that follows the winter edition's path from Helsingør to Bagsværd. Additionally, 60 km and 100 km options are available for participants who prefer the GUUT route without the full three-day format.
