About this race
Langgarverne welcomes you to one of Denmark's oldest triathlons, offering distances suitable for all participation levels. For beginners, the silver or bronze routes are recommended. Experienced participants can choose the gold route. The Gold Route includes 600 meters of swimming, 35 km of cycling, and 10 km of running, with the run and parts of the cycle completed twice. The Silver Route consists of 300 meters of swimming, 21 km of cycling, and 5 km of running, and can also be completed as a relay for 2-3 people. The Bronze Route comprises 100 meters of swimming, 6.8 km of cycling, and 1.2 km of running. Minor route adjustments may occur up to race day. The event has a maximum capacity of 500 participants. For participants under 18: Gold Route is open to ages 17+ independently. Silver Route is open to ages 14+ independently. Bronze Route is open to ages 10+ with an accompanying adult (not required during the swim). Registration prices vary based on the timing of registration, with an early bird discount for the first 50 participants in each distance. Prices will increase throughout 2027 leading up to the event. Late registration on the day incurs an additional 100 DKK fee per participant. Groups of 15 or more from a triathlon club, sports association, or company can receive a 15% discount by contacting the organizers in advance. Participants over 18 require a license for individual routes. A day license can be purchased during registration: 70 DKK for gold, 35 DKK for silver, and 20 DKK for bronze. These are one-day licenses for the Danish Triathlon Federation, as the event is a category 3 event with a technical delegate present for execution and safety. Photographers will be present at the event and on the routes; photos will be available for free download afterwards on social media.
