KNÆK CANCER LØBET AABYBRO 2026 & ØLAND AFD.

Join us for a day of activity, community, and fundraising for Knæk Cancer. On Saturday, October 24, 2026, races will start in Aabybro and Øland. The event includes a Half Marathon, a Quarter Marathon (10.55 km), a 5 km run and walk, and a 1-mile children's run (1.6 km for ages 4-7) in Aabybro. In Øland, there is a 5 km or 8 km walk/run through Øland Forest. All participants will receive a custom Knæk Cancer medal. A t-shirt will be provided for those who register by October 8th. Additional medals are available for the FIT AND FUN CHALLENGE. The courses are scenic, and the start/finish areas will have activities and a pleasant atmosphere.
