Mud Race - Odense 2026

Mud Race - Odense is a September obstacle run in Odense SV, Denmark, based at Firmaidræt Odense's grounds on Tranehøjen. It is a short, muddy terrain race rather than a standard road run, with a 5 km family option and 7 km categories for men, mixed teams, and women. The setup is built around crawling, climbing, running, and wading through water, so the point is getting dirty and working through obstacles, not chasing a clean, fast time. The route uses mostly single track through forest, field, and mud, with both natural obstacles and built ones placed along the way. Several muddy holes are part of the course, and the obstacles are meant to be possible for anyone with reasonable fitness. Helping each other is allowed, which gives the race more of a team feel than a strict solo test. Family runners must be at least 10 and run with an adult, while the other categories are for participants aged 15 and up. The wider Ladies Mud Race series has drawn more than 42,000 women across its terrain races, and its darker March edition adds forest lighting, fire, and color to the same obstacle-race idea.
