10K de la Mel Montroi 2026

The 10K de la Mel Montroi is a honey-themed running event in Montroi/Montroy, featuring a 10,000-meter race and a 5K walk on the same morning. The walk begins at 09:00, with the 10K starting at 09:30. Both events are connected to the town’s Mel, or honey, celebration. The start and finish lines are located at Plaça de les Societats Musicals de Montroi, grounding the event in the municipality's center rather than a remote road course. Locally known as Carrera de la Mel and Caminada de la Mel, the event complements a gastronomic honey festival. Hundreds attend Montroi for the day, including runners, walkers, supporters, and visitors drawn by the food celebration as much as the sport. The race is organized by Ayuntamiento Montroy/i and Eventos Deportivos Atlos, offering registration checks, results, live tracking for both distances, and a multimedia section for photos and videos.
