Arenal Race OCR 2026

Arenal Race OCR is an obstacle course race series held in Almeria, Spain. It features beach editions near Retamar and Carboneras, and mountain editions in Alhama de Almeria. The format combines off-road running with gym-style strength exercises. Participants navigate a course, then tackle obstacles like weight carries, walls, ropes, and monkey bars.
