Carrera Muévete por la Esclerosis Múltiple is a 7 km run taking place in Seville’s Parque del Alamillo. The start and finish lines are located at the Cortijo within the park. This event occurs in mid-November, beginning in the morning, and features children’s races with distances tailored to different age groups. While listed as non-competitive, the event does time and recognize the leading runners, awarding trophies to the top three male and female finishers in each race category.
The course remains entirely within Parque del Alamillo, avoiding city-to-city routes or road closures throughout Seville. The participant limit is set at 2,000 bibs. The day emphasizes participation alongside speed, offering trophies for the club, group, school, or institute with the highest number of registered participants. Medals are also provided for the youngest prebenjamín category. All participants receive a T-shirt and a runner’s bag. Individuals wishing to support the multiple sclerosis cause without running can register via the “dorsal cero” option.
