Cross Popular Costa Adeje

Cross Popular Costa Adeje is a cross-country running event in Caleta de Adeje, Tenerife. Races are set around Golf Costa Adeje and the Los Lagos area. It is a popular running event, not an elite-only meet, offering 5 km and 10 km options, plus age-group races for children, juniors, adults, and masters. The program begins in the morning for younger categories, and the popular race format includes an evening sunset run. The main circuit is a 3,000-metre loop on the golf course, with the sea on one side, mountains inland, and six lakes along the route. The event was established by C.D. Espiritu Triabona Adeje and the Adeje sports department to support cross-country running, grassroots sport, and local participation. Its first edition also marked the 25th anniversary of Golf Costa Adeje, linking the race more closely to the venue than a standard road run.
