Desafío Pinar Extremo

Desafío Pinar Extremo is a 7 km obstacle race held in Pinar del Rey, a rural area of San Roque in Cádiz, southern Spain. The main course features 30 obstacles, positioning it closer to OCR than a standard trail run, requiring participants to hang, crawl, climb, move with agility, and maintain coordination across off-road terrain. This event is included in the Liga Sur OCR, providing a competitive connection beyond the local race. The course follows trails and open country, with the circuit marked by tape and judges and volunteers stationed at challenging sections. The race provides multiple entry options: elite, popular, starter, and pairs categories, alongside children's races divided into age groups up to 7 and ages 8 to 12. Adult registration costs 20 euros, and minors pay 2 euros, making the event affordable for families and OCR athletes aiming for league points.
