San Silvestre Ciempozuelos is an end-of-year running event in Ciempozuelos, featuring three separate races instead of a single start. The tenth edition introduced a family category, expanding the program beyond the usual competitive field. Runners were divided into three groups competing in different time slots, allowing the event to progress in stages throughout the day. The race embraced the San Silvestre party style with prizes for costumes, gifts for the top three family category finishers, and a trophy for the best individual costume.
