The San Silvestre de San Vicente del Raspeig is a free 3.5 km end-of-year run. It starts and finishes in Plaza de España, in San Vicente del Raspeig near Alicante. The event is held in late December as a short urban race for residents and visitors of any age, with registration open to people from any town. It is officially listed as non-competitive, though organizers also frame it as a run for those chasing a personal best and those who mainly want the festive atmosphere. The course stays within town, with traffic fully closed by the Local Police. It passes streets including Avenida de la Libertad, Ancha de Castelar, and Calle Pintor Sorolla.
