Xabier Ortiz de Luzuriaga BTT is a June mountain bike ride in Legazpi, created in honor of Xabier Ortiz de Luzuriaga. It is a traverse-style BTT event, focusing on off-road riding rather than racing laps on a closed circuit. The ride starts from Hegialde, the location of the previous edition's busy start-line. Organizers are updating the event with a new route, jerseys, music, and a food-and-drink stop. Entry is handled exclusively through the event website.
