10 Km de Bron 2027

The 10 Km de Bron begins on Rue Jean Bouin, directly before the stadium, and concludes within Stade Pierre Dubœuf in Bron, a Lyon suburb in France’s Rhône department. It is a 10 km city road race, typically held in late winter, featuring both an individual competition and a three-runner relay that starts concurrently. ASUL Athlétisme manages the event, with the relay dividing the 10 km into segments of approximately 1.6 km, 4 km, and 4.4 km. This setup offers a practical choice for teams seeking the event's atmosphere without requiring each member to complete the entire distance. The course winds through Bron's streets on an urban, undulating path centered around Stade Pierre Dubœuf. It is suited for runners preferring a standard 10 km over a trail run. Recent events have attracted about 630 participants, creating a local club race atmosphere with a respectable field, distinct from a large city marathon. The race adopts the slogan “Bronche pas, va courir !”, a wordplay translating to “Don’t flinch, go run!” A portion of each registration fee, one euro per athlete or child, supports the League Against Cancer.
