10 km de Fontenay-sous-bois

The 10 km de Fontenay-sous-Bois is a town-run road race in Paris's eastern suburbs, organized by the municipality with support from the OMS. The main 10 km event begins on Avenue des Olympiades and concludes on Avenue Charles-Garcia. A 5 km race is held earlier in the morning, and a free 2 km family race, Nordic walk, and health hike are also part of the program. The 10 km course consists of a 5 km loop completed twice, with the distance officially measured by the French athletics federation. Participants include licensed club runners and non-licensed local residents. Recent results indicate over 550 finishers in the 10 km and more than 260 in the 5 km. The entry fee is modest: 15 euros for the 10 km, 8 euros for the 5 km, and all participants receive a T-shirt.
