The 10 kms de Cognac begins in a gastronomic village in Cognac, France. This 10 km road race is closely linked to the local wine and Cognac region, finishing inside the village with entertainment for participants and onlookers.
The route goes toward Bourg-Charente, passing Chateau Marnier Lapostolle, then proceeds toward Jarnac and its vineyards. Near the conclusion, runners go through a Cognac cellar before following the Charente river's banks back to the village.
