La Foulée Royale de Neuville is a trail-running event in Gambais, Yvelines, France, held within the Parc du Château de Neuville. The main programme features 20 km, 13 km, and 6 km races. The 13 km starts shortly after the 20 km and just before the 6 km. The routes are described as “100% nature,” with entries limited to 600 participants for the three adult races.
The 13 km race is open to runners and Nordic walkers, meaning the field includes more than just those competing for time. Cadets and juniors may participate in the adult distances with parental consent and the necessary paperwork. Younger children have their own short trail races later in the morning, ranging from 500 m to 1,600 m. Non-licensed participants require a PPS document from the French athletics system in place of a medical certificate, a practical detail to arrange before race day.
