Bike and Run Family 2027

Bike and Run Family is a 5-kilometer timed race. Adults run while children ride bikes alongside them on a secure circuit. Each team consists of one or two adults and one or two children, with an option for trios and a separate Teens race. The series began at the Hippodrome de Bordeaux-Le Bouscat and now travels across France, attracting several hundred families annually since 2017. The Bordeaux course utilizes the tracks of the Hippodrome de Bordeaux-Le Bouscat, placing families on a venue more commonly linked to horse racing than to parents accompanying children on bikes. Following the race, children receive medals, and all participants are offered refreshments. The Bike and Run Family des Etoiles incorporates a charitable component, matching disadvantaged, struggling, or orphaned children with public figures, major champions, and professional athletes.
