Bouge tes miches contre le myélome is a small charity race and walk in Fitilieu, located in the Les Abrets en Dauphiné area of France. It takes place annually around mid-April. The name translates to “Move your butt against myeloma,” maintaining a direct, playful tone while fundraising for myeloma research. Participants can select either a 10 km road race or a 10 km hike, each featuring approximately 170 m of elevation gain. The road race is the more frequently chosen option, but the hike offers a way for non-runners to support the same cause. All proceeds are directed to research, and the event has its festive atmosphere over intense competition.
