Champ'Man

Champ'Man is an annual triathlon in Epernay, France, organized by Epernay Triathlon Pays de Champagne. It is listed on the Grand Est triathlon calendar and offers athletes three primary distances: S, M, and L. Both solo participants and relay teams can compete, and children's races are also held, extending the event beyond adult long-distance athletes. The L race is the main event and the most chosen distance, featuring a 2 km swim, 94 km of road cycling, and a 21 km road run. The course is not flat; the L route includes approximately 1,572 metres of elevation gain, predominantly during the cycling segment. The M bike leg also features significant elevation gain. This long-distance race is part of France's National Long Distance Triathlon Challenge. Results from many past editions are recorded, establishing a competitive history alongside a local club-race atmosphere.
