The Corrida de Courlay is a Saturday road-race event held in mid-December in Courlay, located in Deux-Sèvres, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Its primary attraction is a 10 km race that winds through the town, complemented by a 5 km option and distinct races for children and juniors, accommodating both regular runners and families within the same afternoon.
The 10 km is the most popular distance, commencing at 15:00. Courlay Animations is the organizing body, with a participant limit of 1,000. A prior edition saw over 600 participants. Costumes are encouraged, contributing to a festive winter corrida atmosphere rather than a standard local road race.
