Course des 6 collines - Saiguède 2026

Course des 6 Collines is a village trail-running event in Saiguède, France, featuring hilly routes instead of flat road races. The program typically includes short-to-medium trail distances, with races around 8 to 10 km, 14 km, 18 km, and 26 km. Climbs range from approximately 165 m to over 700 m, depending on the course. An 8 km hike or Nordic walk option is available, along with a free 1 km children’s race, making the day suitable for families, walkers, local runners, and trail regulars. The routes showcase the Saiguède countryside and village landmarks, such as the shaded square, the Roman road, the old mill, and the forest surrounding the village. The race originated from an idea shared by local residents and nature-running enthusiasts, and it continues to be organized by L’equipe des 6 Collines with about sixty volunteers of various ages. Its community focus is notably strong: the majority of profits are donated to medical charities, including La Ligue contre le Cancer de Haute-Garonne for breast-cancer prevention and research, and Kourir, which supports families of children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
