About this race
The Frouzins Bonne Action is a charity running event in Frouzins, Haute-Garonne. It features short races, a longer road race, a relay, and a walk, all held on the same morning. The schedule includes a 700 m children’s race, a 3 km race, an 18.9 km solo race, and an 18.9 km relay divided into three 6 km legs. Additionally, there is a non-competitive 8 km or 12 km walk.
The event is organized by Frouzins-Bousquairol, with Lac Paucheville serving as the meeting point as indicated in the programme. It caters to various participants: children have an untimed race, younger runners can opt for the 3 km, adults may run the longer distance individually or in teams of two or three, and walkers can participate without official timing. The race has a history dating back to at least the late 2000s, with one anniversary edition attracting 680 participants.
