Course solidaire

Course solidaire is a small trail and walk event in Milhaud, in the Gard department of Occitanie in southern France, held in late October. It offers three simple options: an 11 km trail race, a 6 km route that runners can race or walkers can do with Nordic poles, and a 1.2 km trail for children and juniors. Each distance is run as a single loop, making the format easy to understand for families, first-timers, walkers, and local trail runners.
