Cross de l’Épinay is a traditional cross-country race in Forges-les-Eaux, Seine-Maritime, held in the Bois de l’Épinay shortly before Christmas. US Forgionne Athlétisme organizes the event, which attracts over 200 participants across various age categories.
The race focuses on woodland cross-country running. Younger participants compete over specific distances, such as the Benjamins running 2,400 meters. This event unites all ages, from youth to adults, positioning it as a local club cross-country competition rather than a large-scale road race.
