La Beuchigue is a spring cyclosportive held in Saint-Sever, Landes department, southwest France. It offers the region a mass-participation road cycling event, with participants selecting routes through Chalosse and Tursan instead of a single fixed distance. The primary routes are 145 km with approximately 2,200 metres of elevation gain and 85 km with about 1,200 metres, meaning even the shorter option requires significant climbing ability.
The course crosses the rolling roads and recognized climbs of Chalosse before heading towards Tursan, where the Pyrenees may be visible on the horizon during clear weather. A symbolic finish within the Saint-Sever arena provides a local distinction for the event. The race has established a competitive field, with Nicolas Labarere a previous winner and contender, alongside riders like Maxime Prieur and Sebastien Pillon at the front. Local media describes it as "the most Landais of the Belgian classics," effectively conveying its blend of a challenging, undulating classic style within the Landes region.
