The Duathlon de Montberon is a Sunday-morning run-bike-run race held in Montberon, a village in Occitanie close to Toulouse. Girou Triathlon is the organizer. The main Sprint format includes a first run of approximately 5 km, a 20 km road cycling leg, and a final run of just under 3 km. It accommodates both new participants and duathlon experts, offering individual, relay, and duo categories.
The event began in 2009 and has become a consistent local occasion, featuring youth races alongside the Sprint events. Past results indicate the race attracted over a hundred participants even in poor weather, demonstrating its significance beyond a simple training session. Girou Triathlon has also partnered the event with EnoRev', allowing participants to add a small donation during registration to aid children with cerebral palsy and their families.
