Ekiptrail de Rodelle is a team trail race in Rodelle, Aveyron, southern France. Its unique format: five runners from the same team start together, but they do not all run the same route. Each runner is timed individually, so the team format still leaves every teammate responsible for their own course.
The routes are short to middle-distance trail runs with significant climbing. Options include approximately 10 km with 300 to 400 m of elevation gain, 15 km with 400 m, and 20 km with 800 m. One 13 km route with 500 m of climbing is run by two people, making the team setup distinct from a normal relay or club outing. The event also sorts teams into challenges such as company, student, and family groups, drawing participants who want a shared race day rather than a solo trail start line.
