Emeraude Swimrun Half - 28 km 2026

The Emeraude Swimrun Half is a 28 km two-person swimrun held in St Lunaire, on the Emerald Coast of Ille-et-Vilaine in Brittany. Teammates navigate the course together, alternating between trail running and open-water swimming, distinct from a traditional triathlon. Most of the distance involves running, with 22.5 km of trail running and 5.5 km of swimming. The Half is part of a small Emeraude Swimrun series, which also offers 18 km and 11 km options, catering to pairs seeking a substantial coastal swimrun challenge and teams preferring a shorter race.
