The Enfants sans Cancer City 5 km is a charity run taking place in Paris La Défense. It is organized by Imagine for Margo and is part of a race day that also features a 10 km distance. The event occurs in early June with a straightforward goal: participants run a short city course to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research.
The event supports a specific and urgent cause. Cancer is the primary cause of death from illness for children in France and Europe, with approximately 2,500 children and teenagers diagnosed annually in France. Since 2011, Imagine for Margo has focused on funding research, uniting research teams, and advancing the understanding and treatment of pediatric cancers. All donations directly support this research, and French boxer Sarah Ourahmoune is the race’s godmother.
