Extreme Man de Narbonne - L 2026

Extreme Man de Narbonne - M is a triathlon held in Narbonne Plage, a resort area of Narbonne in southern France. The race weekend includes multiple formats: a middle-distance "half" race, a shorter triathlon, and a cross triathlon. The half-distance race consists of a 2.250 km swim, 85 km bike leg, and 21 km run. Athletes may also compete in this race as a duo. In the two-person format, teammates start together and can draft off each other, differentiating it from a standard solo triathlon. The short distance covers 0.750 km swimming, 29 km cycling, and 7 km running.
