About this race
The Foulée de la Trévaresse is a spring trail-running event held in Saint-Cannat, within the hills of Provence. Adult participants can select timed races of 7.5 km, 12 km, or 21.5 km. The 12 km and 21.5 km races include 210 m and 370 m of elevation gain, respectively. The 21.5 km event is open to solo runners or pairs. On the same morning, Nordic walking routes and children's races for ages 6 to 15 are also featured.
Most of the running takes place off-road, with over 80% of the courses on paths and trails within the Trévaresse massif. Kanajog and Sporti'Culture are the organizers, implementing an eco-responsible approach. Runners are asked to bring their own cups for aid stations, and no disposable cups are provided. A portion of the proceeds supports medical research and environmental protection organizations. The event begins with the children's races, followed by the staggered starts for the 21.5 km, 12 km, 7.5 km, and Nordic walking participants.
