Foulées d'Orléans 2027

The Foulées d'Orléans begins and ends before Sainte-Croix cathedral, placing Orléans' most recognized landmark directly on the race path. This spring running event in Orléans features a half marathon, 10 km, 5 km, a non-timed 5 km walk known as the Foulées de Jeanne, and 1 km and 2 km races for children. Approximately 3,000 runners participate, accommodating beginners, competitive runners, walkers, and families within this city event. The courses are entirely urban and nearly entirely flat, winding through historic streets, timber-framed houses, and alongside the Loire river. The organization is both practical and local: aid stations are available on the 10 km and half marathon courses and at the finish, with changing rooms and showers provided for participants. Bibs also contribute to solidarity projects, connecting the Orléans city run with a small community cause beyond the finish line.
