Les Foulées de Noël de La Motte is an 8 km Christmas road race in La Motte, a town near Loudéac in Côtes-d’Armor, Brittany. Runners race through the town itself, with two laps through the streets rather than a point-to-point route or countryside loop.
The event is run by the local association Ça trotte à La Motte, and registration goes through Klikego. The streets become a festive race setting, and the field can be large for a local event: one edition had 671 runners at the start and broke the race’s records. Local runner Benoit Fanouillère of AS 22 and Laetitia Coyat have both won here, giving the front of the race a strong Centre Brittany feel.
