Foulées Montlignonnaises is a road running event in Montlignon, a village in France’s Montmorency valley. The main adult race is 10 km, with a route that uses the village streets and changes enough underfoot to feel varied rather than flat and repetitive. The event is still young, with only a few editions behind it, and it is built more as a local sports day than a big-city race.
The program includes three distances for different ages and levels: an 850 m race for the youngest children, a 1,000 m Poussins race that is free for kids, and the 10 km for cadets, juniors, seniors, and older runners. The children’s races are held in the village center with entertainment, while the adult race gives club runners and casual runners a clear target without losing the friendly village feel. Spectators are part of the day too, and the organizers frame the event around sport, simple friendliness, and discovering Montlignon.
