Frappadingue d'Arcachon 2027

Frappadingue d'Arcachon is a muddy obstacle race in Arcachon, Gironde, on France's Atlantic coast, held in April with 6 km and 12 km course options. It is structured more as a messy group challenge than a timed race: costumes are encouraged, old clothes are recommended, and the objective is to finish wet, dirty, and laughing, not to compete for first place. The 6 km route includes about 15 obstacles, while the 12 km version has around 40. Participants will encounter ladders, monkey bridges, climbing nets, tunnels, mud pits, and other difficult elements that challenge coordination and speed. The event is suitable for mixed groups, beginners, and athletic individuals seeking a less competitive race day. Bib prices are 43 EUR for the 6 km and 53 EUR for the 12 km.
