Fred’o Trail - Cauge

The Fred’o Trail is a local discovery trail event in Caugé, Normandy, featuring two short off-road races this April. The 10 km race includes 95 meters of climbing and begins in the early evening. The 6 km race, with 50 meters of climbing, starts 30 minutes after the longer one. The distances and modest elevation gains position it as an accessible trail outing rather than a demanding mountain race. The Amicale des sapeurs pompiers de Caugé, the local firefighters’ association, organizes the event, lending it a community-run atmosphere distinct from large commercial races.
