Fréjus urban trail - Puget-sur-Argens 2026

The Fréjus Urban Trail - Puget-sur-Argens takes place in December in southern France. It features short-distance running through Fréjus, Puget-sur-Argens, and the historic city center. Runners can select from 1 km, 2 km, 4 km, 8 km, and 15 km distances. The longer routes include modest climbs, approximately 110 to 120 meters of positive elevation. An Urban Kids course is also available, making the event suitable for families and regular runners. The route incorporates Fréjus as more than a backdrop. Runners will pass the Roman arenas, the city center, the Roman theater, La pagode Hông Hiên, paved alleys, stairs, natural sections, and narrow passages, offering a tour of the town. A disguised hike, in either a short or athletic version, adds a playful element beyond the timed races. This event suits runners who prefer compact urban trails with historical elements over pure mountain courses or flat city 10Ks.
