Goat trail - Condrieu 2027

The Goat Trail begins at the village hall in La Chapelle-Villars, located in the Loire department of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The course takes participants into the Pilat massif, circling Mont Monnet. This event, now in its fifth year and organized by La Ptite Foulée, offers two trail-running distances: 10 km with approximately 300 m of elevation gain, and 20 km with around 800 m. The courses ascend towards Mont Monnet, crossing woods and forest paths. A refreshment station is situated at Col de Grenouse, and the route passes through the grounds of the L’Oliveraie hotel-restaurant. A 15 km walk is available, alongside races for children. DJs and announcers contribute to the atmosphere in the event area. Advance online registration is required for the 10 km and 20 km races, as on-site sign-ups are not permitted.
