Isostar ExtremeMan Narbonne 2026

Isostar ExtremeMan Narbonne is a triathlon weekend held in late September in Narbonne, Aude, Occitanie, France. This seaside event offers multiple race formats: Half, Medium, Short, Cross, Relay, SwimBike L, Discovery, and children's races. The participant field includes long-course triathletes, newer racers, teams, and families. The Half race consists of repeated loops: a 2.25 km swim (three 750 m laps), an 85 km bike (three laps), and a 21 km run (three laps). The Medium race follows a similar loop structure with a 1.5 km swim, 56 km bike, and 14 km run. The Short race is 750 m swim, 27 km bike, and 7 km run.
