Kilomètres Solidaires is a Téléthon charity running and walking weekend in Grandchamp-des-Fontaines, near Nantes, held in early December. Children race on Saturday, with 700 m, 1.5 km, and 3 km options for ages 7 to 15, while adults come on Sunday for a 6 km or 10 km run or walk.
