La corruda - Lestelle-Bétharram 2026

La Corruda is a mountain race day in Lestelle-Bétharram, located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region of southwest France. Held in early September, it offers runners multiple timed events: a demanding 30 km race with 1,975 m of elevation gain, a 20 km race with 1,200 m of climbing, an 11 km trail run with 350 m of ascent, and a 9 km timed hike also featuring 350 m of gain.
