La Course des Rois is a 5 km road race in Chappes, France, run in January as the first race of the local calendar year. It begins at 4:00 PM from the Salle des sports de Chappes, concludes at the same sports hall, and is organized by Limagne Athlète Endurance with the town hall of Chappes.
The route remains within the streets of Chappes and is described by the organizers as fast, even with a slightly adjusted course. The field is capped at 700 runners and is open from youth Minime categories through Masters. The name originates from the slice of galette given to each participant, with galette and cider available at the finish line.
