La course rose - Agde 2026

La Course Rose brings together thousands of participants in Cap d'Agde each October for a pink-themed morning event supporting the fight against breast cancer. Organized by the Ligue contre le Cancer d'Agde, the event features 5 km and 10 km runs, a walking option, and a free 1 km race for children under six. The central activity begins near the Palais des Congrès, where the assembled crowd forms the most striking visual element of the event. Participants warm up with music before the start, guided by Doris and Maëlys Diaz. The field comprises families, walkers, athletes from local clubs, and groups like RCO Agde. Recent years have seen nearly 3,000 participants, and local media regard it as Agde's primary sporting occasion of the year.
