About this race
La Foulée Royale takes place on a Sunday in late June at the Parc du Château de Saint-Germain-en-Laye, located just outside Paris and accessible via RER A in approximately 25 minutes. This marks the event's 45th year, featuring a 10 km nature run, a 5 km nature run, a 5 km Nordic walk, and a 1.5 km race for youth, with over 1,000 participants anticipated.
The 10 km course winds through the flower gardens, crosses a section of the long Le Nôtre terrace overlooking the Seine and Paris, and enters the state forest before concluding at the base of the château, a historic royal residence. The 10 km race is included in the Challenge des Yvelines. All finishers will receive a commemorative gift. Additionally, the event will feature Parcours du coeur information booths, offering guidance on cardiovascular risk, CPR, and the use of defibrillators on training models.
