La Folle Néteï is a January night trail race held in Hillion, Côtes-d'Armor, on the Brittany coast. Participants run in cold winter conditions, equipped with headlamps, selecting either the 9 km Petite Néteï or the 16 km Grande Néteï. Previous editions featured a 13 km race named La Folle Néteï. This event incorporates obstacle-race energy, adopting a deliberately quirky and festive atmosphere.
The course crosses the Baie de Saint-Brieuc Nature Reserve, including seaside stretches, natural terrain, forest paths, and castle views. The race attracts a local following, distinguishing itself from elite-focused events. Organizers embrace the race's name with themes of spirited fun and adding zest to running. The 2026 race marked the 14th edition, demonstrating the established history of this unusual winter event.
