La Foulée du Foussa 2027

La Foulée du Foussa is a trail running event in Rognes, a village in the Bouches-du-Rhône department of Provence. Participants can choose between a 10 km or 15 km run, and a 10 km walk is also offered, making the day accessible to those not competing at top speed. The event is part of the Challenge du Pays d’Aix and is organized with local Rognes associations, including the municipal sports service and community groups. The routes start in Rognes and go into the nearby hills, following country roads and trails through the Provençal landscape. The 15 km race features approximately 170 meters of elevation gain, giving it a countryside feel rather than a flat road race. Runners from junior to veteran categories are welcome, and the facilities include aid stations and changing rooms. The race has a deep local tradition, with over thirty-five editions held.
