La Lampaulaise is a coastal trail event in Lampaul-Plouarzel, on the Finistère coast of Brittany, with routes running between the dunes and the Trézien lighthouse. It is usually scheduled for late March and offers three trail distances: 9 km, 16 km, and 27 km, plus walking routes of 7 km, 10 km, and 14 km.
The courses use natural seaside terrain around the western tip of Finistère, so runners get a Breton trail day shaped by sand, coast paths, and lighthouse country rather than city streets. The 16 km race is the most popular option and climbs about 300 m, while the 27 km route is the longer test with about 500 m of ascent. A previous edition drew more than 200 participants, and the walking routes make the event broader than a runners-only race day.
